My Photography !

This is an example of balance. This photo shows balance because there is an equal amount of trees on each side of the picture.

This picture is an example of what we call the Myspace angle. It is called the Myspace angle because most people on Myspace take pictures where they camera is above or below them. In this case this picture makes her head look big and her body look small.

This is an example of simplicity. It is considered simplicity because the pumpkin is the first thing you see when you look at the picture. It is the only thing that catches your eye when you look at the picture.

Podcast's are Great!

In our podcast we didn't use any other work but our own. We used our own picture, and the must we used was pre-downloaded to the computer we were using. We also made up everything we said and didn't use the Internet for anything.

I believe that downloading music is wrong. It takes money away from the artist and all of the people that help produce the music, videos, or books. It is like taking clothes from a store that is wrong and so is downloading songs from the Internet that you did not buy. Therefore, I believe copyright laws should exist. The punishments should vary for each case but there should still be a law and punishment. For example if someone only pirated 3 or 4 songs than they should just have to be a small fine and no jail time, but if someone has over 3000 songs and videos off the Internet than they should have to pay a large fine and maybe serve a little jail time. Piracy happens all the time in our society because it is so easy to do. There is no way that someone could track exactly what someone does on the Internet because as soon as that person hits send its gone forever. Another thing is that not many people know exactly what it is they are doing. If I were to ask my dad or mom what piracy is I'm sure they wouldn't have the first clue, and they wouldn't know if they have ever done it either. It also happens so much, the laws aren't enforced so many think it is legal. If someone were to use my podcast of graphic I would feel almost violated. I would feel like someone stole something from me without out even thinking twice about the person who did the work. I feel that it is much easier to just buy the CD or song of iTunes rather than have to go through all the work to get it off line.
